• Your enquiry details (preferred date, group size, type of cruise, message)

We use your details solely to reply to your enquiry, arrange your cruise and communicate with you about it. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of your consent (given when you submit the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to and managing your enquiry.

Sharing

Your enquiry is delivered to us by email through our email hosting provider. We do not share your details with any other third party except where required by law.

Retention

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting booking, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, then delete it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use. Email us and we will respond. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
