Enquiries & bookings
All cruises are private and tailor-made. An enquiry is not a confirmed booking; your date is confirmed only once we have agreed the details with you and received your deposit.
Deposit & balance
A deposit secures your date. The remaining balance is settled directly before departure, as agreed with your booking. Prices and inclusions are confirmed individually for each charter.
Weather & cancellation
Your safety comes first. If sea or weather conditions do not allow a safe and enjoyable cruise, we will reschedule your day at no cost or, if that is not possible, refund your deposit in full. Cancellations made by you are subject to the terms confirmed with your booking. Itineraries may be adjusted on the day at the captain’s discretion for safety or comfort.
On board & safety
Guests follow the instructions of the captain and crew at all times. The number of guests may not exceed the limits confirmed for your cruise. The captain may refuse boarding or end a cruise where safety is at risk.
Liability
We operate with the required certifications and insurance. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for personal belongings or for circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Greek law, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Greece.
